Magellan iPhone App Giveaway

That's right - 5 lucky readers will get fully licensed, fully functional copies of Magellan's iPhone navigation App (version 1.3.2 for the United States).

Contest: We have 5 copies of the App to give away. Just leave a comment on this post to enter. Contest ends this Friday (May 20th) at midnight EST. Please only leave one comment, multiple entries wont count.

Just finished reading your review of this App. My wife just purchased an iPhone two days ago, to help guide us on a 1,400 motorcycle trip we're taking in two weeks. I'm crossing my fingers on this one! :)

Nice promo! The Magellan 4350 was one of my favorite GPS units, I liked it much better than what came after (though at least the later model had much better volume). I'd like to check out what they're doing on iOS, though... oddly enough, I happen to own the Magellan Car Kit for the iPod Touch, and no GPS app for it yet! I saw somewhere that that might even work on the non-3G iPad (which I also have), though the ergonomics are awkward.

Fletch, how are you? First of all I am a fan of the gpsmagazine website. When standalone gps were all the rage a few years back,this is the website I turn to because of your very thorough reviews of gps units. As a matter of fact I based my purchase of two garmin gps units, nuvi 350 & nuvi 1490 on your reviews. If you guys pick me for the magellan iphone app giveaway it would be a definite help for my wife as she is directionally challenged and even though we have two gps units she doesn't like to bring those when she drives around so hopefully you guys pick me as one of the winners. I would really like to streamline my auto accessories and having a iphone app GPS combo with my Ram Mount would be GREAT!!! I could use this setup my personal vehicle and work truck.
