I just purchased the PRO. Customer service was good even after a initial snagfu. I highly recommend Dan as a salesperson. My only gripe is this. I'm in L.E. and though this is a personal tracker for my property, I have shown it to the task force I'm assigned to and they are very interested. We currently use Coverttrack trackers and doing such we have complete customization control. With the PRO, unlike your FIGURE 16 above, I CANNOT customize updates. I called customer service and they told me everytime I want to change the update frequency I would have to call them so they can do it. That's not as flexible as I would like, what if I need to change it when they are closed? I'm out of luck. For the price of service I would like to control everything on my tracker when I want to do it.
problem solved, this tracker now gets a 4.5 out of 5.

Heard about TechnoPurple,a indian company which provides GPS based tracking solution. They offer similar services like Vehicle Tracking, Personal Tracking and more at almost half the cost.
