I appreciate this site and the useful information about GPS units. However, I wish I had given more weight to the user comments about problems with the 765t/755t Garmin units.
Although the owner of this site rates these very high, they are ridden with bugs. At least with the current firmware. I won't list all of the problems that have been pointed out in other previously posted comments, but I will say that most, if not all of them, are valid! Garmin doesn't seem to take it seriously or they would have fixed them by now.
I am very disappointed in my purchase which I based mainly on the review(s) of the owner of this site. Lesson learned!
Note to others who find this site and are looking at purchasing a GPS. READ THE USER COMMENTS and give them as much or more credence than the review(s) of the owner/publisher!
