Wow... is there a WORSE software update procedure out there?
When I did the last update for the 4350 I found it quite easy compared to the last iGo machine I had to update, the HP310. I don't think too many owners will have difficulty with Magellan's version.

Having used a 3250 before, the 4350's user interface is something I still have to get used to; however I do love the goto feature on the device - which I hope they make room for more addresses in future updates. I'll install this new software and hope the content manager would make future updates easier. Oh and I disagree with the comment on their customer service, I've called a few times and they've handled things effectively and pleasantly.
If you are having problem as me, because of Windows XP SP3 then do the following:
Install the program, righ click on the Content Manager and select property. Choose Compatibility tab, and select windows 2000 or 98. That will run the program with no issues.

My personal advice to anybody who is going to buy Magellan.. DON't Buy it. WHORST!!. Go to tom tom one time pay for all.. . My new Cellphone with Bluetooth do not work, speed limit does not dispaly..My Good.. This is a big mistake to go for magellan. No good customer help to resolve this proble. Only here Sorry for not been helping to solve this problem.. $135.00 put in to the water..!!@@
