NEVA Products LLC is a company that has developed exclusive Patented technology for the automotive navigation industry, which is compatible with current navigation units. Five million units are already in use in Cobra ™ radar detectors.
This technology and intellectual property will be integrated into O.E.M. and after market navigation units to alert drivers, both visually and voice activation, of approaching emergency vehicles and trains. This will save lives.
NEVA uses receptors installed into each navigation unit, that are adapted to receive the Opticom™ and Tomar™ signals (14 blinks per second) emitted from emergency vehicles, that change traffic lights from red to green. NEVA adds a whole new world of safety that manufacturers of navigation units will be able to offer to their customers.
The in-auto alarm and voice alert will be integrated into each navigation unit. Navigation units, for the first time will alert drivers to approaching emergency vehicles and allow them to pull over or take appropriate action, safely. This is value added content.
Automotive safety is always on every consumers mind, with 50,000 emergency vehicles (equipped with Opticom™) in over 1000 cities nationwide and 7,300 emergency vehicles in Canada, NEVA is the most exciting marketing difference for the Navigation industry this year.
The small cost to integrate NEVA into automotive navigation units is far outweighted by the safety and marketing aspects of this revolutionary product concept. With the projection of 100 million units to be manufactured in the next 10 years, competition is fierce. NEVA offers marketing advantages and staying competitive.
