Maps upgrades for the Magellan Roadmate 700 have been down for 3x as long....I've been waiting for Magellan to make an upgrade available, even if it was a previous one, since mid-July. (when I deleted the maps from my unit)

I spent $700 buying a HTC Tilt and Tomtom map, intending to use this on my European trip. I go to the web site to buy European map, which they say I can do on their web site.

NO CAN DO. Sure enough the web site is down. And it is too late for me to order the Europe DVD. So, I have spent $700 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I went and bought a Nuvi instead and am returning my whole frigging TomTom setup.
