Have you driven a [Microsoft] Ford lately? Starting in 2007 Ford will begin offering Microsoft's in-car computing solution (insert favorite Microsoft blue screen of death joke here). The system, currently called "Microsoft Blue&Me" will offer cross-platform smartphone support, Bluetooth, SAP (SIM Access Profile), car diagnostics, entertainment, and, of course, GPS navigation. If the idea of running Windows in your car gives you the Heebie-Jeebies, you'll be even more surprised to learn that Microsoft's Windows Automotive is already found in 18 different automakers' cars, including those from BMW, Citroen, Clarion Co., DiamlerChrysler, Fiat, Honda, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, NexTech, Subaru, Toyota and volvo.

I need more info about gps ford to produce microosft powered car in 2007 . and where store ?
Hah! I just saw the Ford ad on the tele. The first thing I thought of was, "Hooray, my car blue-screened." I've noticed that there is an API out there for development. Heh... odd's are some anti-Microsoft nerd is trying to develop virii for it by tinkering around with the API and methods of injection. *shudder*.
So, does this also mean that Microsoft will gain the number one slot in terms of GPS units as well? Are we going to soon see Garmin/Magellan vs. Microsoft in superior court?
Oh well, time will tell.
