I loved the Roadmate 760 until it was 3 months out of warranty, and then quit acquiring a satellite signal. I had no choice but to send it in for repair, at a cost of $150. The dealer from which I purchased the unit (Sears) was not interested in helping me at all. The repair lasted for about a month, and then the unit began failing again. It has been back at the shop for 6 weeks now, and I still can't get a definitive answer from Magellan as to when I will have it back. They have given me two guaranteed arrival dates which have come and gone. Their tech support people are friendly, but hard to understand. And they seem to be having computer problems, because every time I call in they can't seem to find my file or order. All in all, I have been extremely frustrated.
