Figure 10: Viewing Personnel Details
You can enter various details about each person configured within the tracking system. This information is optional, and may or may not make sense for your own particular tracking needs.

Figure 11: Maintenance Details
If you plan on using the P-Trac Micro to track a vehicle or piece of equipment, the system allows you to enter details about the equipment's maintenance schedule, service log, service status, and more.

Figure 12: Reports
Many customers will be satisfied just using the Locate function to determine the P-Trac's location. Those looking for more powerful reporting options will find flexible and advanced reporting capabilities on the Reports tab of Brickhouse's customer portal, shown above.
This screen allows customers to perform the following actions:

Figure 13: Route Log Reports
Clicking on Route Log from the Reports Menu brings up the Route Log Report screen, shown above in figure 13. This page allows you to define the specific time frame you want to view location data for.

Figure 14: Viewing Route Log Reports
Once the P-Trac has been configured to automatically upload location data every X minutes/hours/days, etc., the Route Log Report will display a graphical map of where the unit has been, along with a text list of address information and time-stamps on the right hand side. The map can also be exported to Google Maps format, if desired.

Figure 15: Administration Menu
The Administration Menu allows you to configure custom tracking schedules, identify landmarks, define users, user groups, setup notification lists, escalation lists, and more.
The Landmarks capability proved especially useful during testing. Entering your Home or Work or School location as a Landmark in the system will cause that address to be translated into the recognizable name in reports, and will include the immediate area around that location as part of the same landmark. For example, if you define a child's school as a Landmark, location reports will display the name of the landmark instead of the exact address, and can be used to quickly setup geofence alerts.
