It seems almost impossible to keep anything secret these days. Fresh on the heals of Magellan's leak last week, Details of TomTom's upcoming GPS are starting to emerge on the 'net. Here's what we know so far:
The new device is called the TomTom DUO, aptly named as this unit will be the more feature-packed successor to the TomTom ONE. TomTom will be showing the DUO next month at CeBIT. The DUO will support Bluetooth connectivity to a Bluetooth enabled cell phone for hands free calling, improved support for TomTom's (to-date unpopular) PLUS services, iPod integration support, and will use some sort of docking station.

Rumor is the dock will include an integrated FM transmitter, so you'll be able to broadcast the GPS instructions / hands-free speakerphone to your car's stereo speakers via the FM radio.

The TomTom DUO is approximately the same size as the TomTom ONE, although the DUO has a more boxy look to it. No word on official pricing or release date, but if history is any indicator, I'm guessing TomTom will sell the DUO the very instant it's finished being manufactured, work out the bugs over the next 6-8 months, finish implementing the promised features and accessories about a year after that, and then offer a free upgrade to the poor suckers who bought version 1.0 about 6 months after denying anything was wrong in the first place... Seriously though, given that TomTom's has recently dropped the price of the ONE by $100, I'd expect to see the DUO debut at around $399.
